Shipping
• FREE shipping on all orders of $100
• Shipments will take approximately 3-7 business days AFTER 1-3 business days processing time (Although we strive to get items shipped out ASAP)
• All items are shipped via USPS
• You will receive a shipping confirmation containing a tracking number once your item has shipped (Please allow 12 hours for that tracking number to start working)
• Any items shipped first class will not have insurance
• All items shipping USPS priority will include $50 insurance through USPS
• Once we hand off your package to USPS if is out of our control as to how fast it gets to you and USPS is now responsible for it. If you have questions about where your package is, please contact your local post office.
• Customer is responsible for entering correct shipping address. If a package is returned due to incorrect shipping address you will be responsible for the shipping costs back to you. If you feel that you have entered the wrong shipping address, please contact us immediately at thevelvetcactusboutique@yahoo.com
• We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments when incorrect addresses are provided by the customer.
• We are not responsible for replacing or refunding shipments for packages shown as delivered.
• Please make sure you are having shipments sent to a secure location.
• Family time is very valuable to us, so I do not ship Saturday, Sundays, or on Holidays.
